Pricing

Priced against the decision, not against software.

Outweigh is bought by organisations that have to stand over a customer-facing call — a price change, a service withdrawal, a new charging structure — and be able to show, months later, what was known at the time and whether the call was right.

Annual licence

From €12,000

per year, invoiced annually. Unlimited decisions, unlimited runs, whole team included.

Final pricing depends on the number of client workspaces and the volume of guided sessions. We quote after one live session on a real decision, not before.

What is included

  • Unlimited decisions

No per-run or per-seat metering. Bring every decision worth defending, not only the ones you can afford to test.

  • Organisation workspace

Isolated tenant, team members, and separate client workspaces for consultants working across accounts.

  • Evidence grounding

Council members resolved against CSO, ONS and Eurostat tables, with table ID, reference period, match level, CPI adjustment, confidence score and a link to the published source.

  • Decision records

Every decision frozen before you act: the question, the evidence used, the stances, the assumptions and what remained uncertain.

  • Outcome tracking

Log what actually happened afterwards. Accuracy is scored per decision and accumulates into your organisation's calibration history.

  • Guided decision sessions

We run live sessions on your real decisions. Part software, part working session — you are not left alone with a blank prompt box.

  • Security evidence pack

A repeatable tenant-isolation test report, EU hosting, private storage with signed access, and plain answers for procurement.

How it is bought

Three ways in, depending on what is at stake.

All three are invoiced annually or per engagement. There is no self-serve checkout — we quote after one live session on a real decision.

Rooms

€390

per month, up to 5 people

A marketing or product team that wants a second opinion most days.

  • Quick Read: twenty grounded customers react to a line, an ad, a page or a price change
  • Counsel on call: six specialists argue the question and show their disagreement
  • Unlimited runs, whole team included
  • Trial runs arranged on request while this tier is new
  • No decision records or outcome scoring at this tier

Decision Programme

From €12,000

per year, invoiced annually

An organisation that makes customer-facing calls it has to stand over.

  • Unlimited decisions and runs, whole team included
  • Evidence grounding with inspectable receipts
  • Frozen decision records and outcome scoring
  • Competitive response decisions: a rival's move put to your council at segment level
  • Guided decision sessions through the year

Validated Decision

€25,000 – €75,000

per engagement

One consequential decision that has to survive a board or a regulator.

  • Council calibrated against comparable decisions with known outcomes
  • Prediction frozen before you act, with the evidence cutoff recorded
  • Written decision record built for external scrutiny
  • Formal outcome review at 90 days, scored against what happened

Enterprise Calibration

From €100,000

per year

An organisation building a private, compounding model of its own market.

  • Your logged outcomes re-weight your council over time
  • Longitudinal grounding series rather than a single snapshot
  • Multiple client workspaces with tested isolation evidence
  • Method review, trust pack and named support

Higher tiers are priced against the research line they replace — a tracker, a segmentation wave or a strategy engagement. How accuracy is measured, and what we will and will not claim, is set out on the calibration page.

The anchor

What each option leaves behind.

Cost is the easy comparison. The harder one is what you still hold six months later, when someone asks why the decision was made.

Honest comparison

Why not a €49-a-month AI persona tool?

If you want fast reactions to a concept, a headline or a piece of creative, a cheap synthetic panel is the right purchase and we will tell you so. These are different products answering different questions.

€49 a month buys you synthetic opinions. €12,000 buys you a defensible decision record — grounded in official statistics, frozen before you act, and scored after. If the decision is worth less than the licence, use the cheaper tool.

Straight answers

The questions a buyer actually asks.

Why not use a €49-a-month AI persona tool?
For quick idea testing, you should. If you want fast reactions to a concept, a piece of creative or a headline, a cheap synthetic panel is the right purchase and we will say so. The two products answer different questions: theirs is "what might people think?", ours is "can we show why we decided this, and were we right?"
What am I actually paying for?
The grounding pipeline, the provenance model, the frozen decision record, the outcome loop and the guided sessions. A per-seat research tool has no ingestion pipeline against official statistics, no market-scope guardrails and no memory of whether it was right.
How do I justify it internally?
Not against software budget. Against the decision. A pricing change, a service withdrawal or a tariff structure carries six or seven figures of exposure. If the decisions you bring are worth less than the licence, the licence is the wrong purchase.
Is it a licence or a service?
Both. The platform is yours year-round, and guided decision sessions are included. That is a deliberate part of the price — the value comes from the decisions actually being brought in, not from a login existing.

Test the price on a real decision.

Bring one decision you are facing. We will run it end to end and you can judge the licence against what comes out.
