International transfers
Platform data is stored in Ireland. Where a model provider processes content outside the European Economic Area, that transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in the provider's terms. If a client requires that content never leaves the EEA, tell us before signing — that constrains which models can be used and we will confirm in writing what remains possible.

We will publish any addition or replacement here before it begins processing customer data, and notify the administrative contact of each customer organisation by email.
