Terms of service

By creating an account or using Outweigh you agree to these terms. Where a signed order form or enterprise agreement exists with Probity Net Limited, that agreement takes precedence over anything below.

Outweigh assembles evidence, produces synthetic customer perspectives and records the reasoning behind a customer-facing decision. Outputs are decision support. They are interpretations, not measured customer behaviour, and they do not replace customer research, legal advice or professional judgement.

You retain ownership of everything you upload and everything generated from it for your organisation. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to upload the material you provide, and for not uploading personal data you are not permitted to share.

• Do not attempt to access another organisation's workspace, data or outputs.
• Do not present platform outputs as measured research findings or real respondents.
• Do not use the service to generate unlawful, discriminatory or deceptive material.
• Do not probe, scrape or stress the service outside an agreed test.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be notified to enterprise customers in advance where practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Probity Net Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for commercial decisions taken on the basis of platform outputs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms. On termination we will delete your workspace content on written request, retaining only what we are legally required to keep.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
